New faces bring fresh energy and ideas. Dentists who joined us introduced new techniques and renewed enthusiasm; some stayed to leave a lasting mark, while others moved on to follow exciting new paths. Support staff evolved too — receptionists stepped into coordinating roles, assistants expanded their clinical skills, and hygienists led patient education efforts. Each upgrade enhanced what we can offer and strengthened our team.
Life outside work shaped many journeys. Some longtime team members became parents and returned to the practice, balancing family and career; others discovered passions that led them to completely new careers — teaching, business ownership, or healthcare fields beyond dentistry. Their departures were bittersweet: we missed them, but celebrated their growth. Along the way, we gained lifelong friends and continue to cherish those relationships outside our professional paths.
